CircSwap is a social network designed to swap your clothes with other users. At CircSwap clothing is your currency – swap clothing and earn tokens to shop.

How does the app work?

1. Upload unwanted clothing to the app
2. Swap items and receive tokens
3. Use your tokens to ‘buy’ other users clothing on the app

Shop styles from your favourite high street and designer brands for £0.99, keep clothing in the lifecycle and offset a significant amount of CO2, water and waste in the process.

A SUSTAINABLE WAY OF SHOPPING

Our need to consume operates on desire, how we dress feeds off cravings to both standout and fit in and the high street seeks to fulfil this desire. While it’s our hope that consumers seek to consume less fast fashion and the industry finds more sustainable ways to produce, we recognise there’s still a long way to go, which is why we seek to keep clothing in circulation by encouraging society to swap.

The company was founded on the basis that fashion shouldn’t cost the earth and the industry has for too long promoted overconsumption, we want ‘new’ clothing to be accessible to all, we want to encourage users to swap their pre-loved clothing for pre-loved clothing instead of encouraging users to buy new.
